5 out of 5 stars Great little Pedometer   March 1, 2010
J. K. Davis (Barrington, IL USA)
I love my pedometer - I find I am walking 4 or 5 miles most days. This pedometer keeps track of total miles, total steps, aerobic steps and minutes, and calories. It is also an accurate watch. You have to remember and write down your miles each evening because this model clears its memory at midnight each day. It was easy to set up and the extra little clip has kept it from falling off several times. I wear it all the time!

4 out of 5 stars Not perfect, but love it!!   February 25, 2010

I love this most of the time. Sometimes it will stop counting the steps, but my goal was "just to get me moving more." I'm trying to reach that 10,000 steps per day. For the few steps that it might miss counting, it really doesn't make a difference to me. I love the size, shape, and convenience. Also, love the fact that I can check the count on previous days and compare my progress. I have no regrets about buying this.

I love my new pedometer!~!!! What I like most is the
fact it doesn't make a clicking sound when you move,
and it is perfectly quiet!!!! Others I have had in the
past drive me crazy with their constant clicking.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent pedometer. I love it!   February 23, 2010

After doing my research, reading reviews, and information on several pedometers I settled on this one and what a good choice it was. For the price the shape and the accuracy, it is really good. I use it daily and walk around 5 miles back and forth from work so it is helping me keep my exercise routine in track. Fast shipping.

In the fight against being sedentary, this little gadget is invaluable! I used to think that I was quite active until I started reading my daily steps at the end of every day - not nearly as many as I thought. I find that is serves two purposes 1. It tells me exactly what I have achieved (I can't kid myself) and 2. It motivates me to walk a little extra until I achieve the magic 10,000 steps per day.

I have been so motivated that I find myself getting up and walking around more and more so that I usually manage more than 10,000 steps per day. 10,000 steps is the recommended daily exercise for a normal healthy, active adult. If a normal adult takes less than 5,000 steps a day they are considered sedentary. Elderly persons should make about 6,500 steps per day and children should take more than 10,000 steps daily.

The pedometer is handy (can keep it in your pocket), easy to use, accurate and well, funky! I highly recommend it to anyone interested in ensuring they get enough daily exercise.
