More and more Americans are turning to the Internet to conduct all facets of their day-to-day lives. From shopping, tracing family trees and even dating, the Internet has proven to be an effective tool for so much of what we do. It is not surprising that people now use the Internet to find organs for transplants. Those on the official waiting list that distributes organs from deceased donors know there will never be enough to match the need.
